
Spencer Honeyman
Founder / Guide
Spencer is the founder and lead guide of Enliven Academy. Alongside this work, he coaches impact founders and advises leadership teams at spencerhoneyman.com. He is devoted to offering a nuanced synthesis of inner and interpersonal development that encompasses healing, contemplative training, leadership skills, and collective intelligence.
Spencer was trained by several master teachers with an emphasis on somatic, experiential transformation, including, among others: Thomas Hübl (somatic healing, collective trauma); Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi (meditation, conflict resolution, facilitation); Daniel P. Brown and students Dustin Diperna & John Churchill (Mahamudra/Dzogchen meditation, attachment theory); Scott and Chandra Easton (Hatha yoga); Rob Macnamara (adult development); and Dave Worm (facilitation). Spencer is a graduate of Pomona College's Environmental Analysis program, a Certified Integral Facilitator, and is informed by deep nature connection practices.
Outside of work, Spencer can be found hiking the California wildlands with his family or building something with his hands in the studio.
